Shipping Policy

We currently ship primarily to the United Kingdom.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

• Orders are typically processed and delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of Royal Mail and may vary during busy periods.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders, Customs & Regulatory Responsibility

For Orders with international delivery Addresses:

1. Customs Duties & Import Taxes  
   International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

3. Assumption of UK-Based Use  
   We accept international orders on the basis that the customer is purchasing as if they are based in the United Kingdom, and that the product is intended for use within the UK where required. By completing your purchase, you confirm this understanding.

4. Liability  
   We are not liable for any issues arising from non-compliance with local regulations, including but not limited to customs delays, seizure of goods, fines, or restrictions on use.
