We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
Customers have a total of 30 days.
- You must notify us within 15 days of receiving your order if you wish to return a product.
- Once your return request is approved, you must send the item back within 15 days of receiving our return confirmation.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Order Cancellation Policy
Customers wishing to cancel an order must contact us via email at within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Due to our fast processing times, cancellation requests received after 30 minutes cannot be actioned, as the order may already be in our fulfilment system and dispatched preparation may have begun.
If a cancellation request is made after the 30-minute window, the order may still be cancelled; however, the customer will be required to wait until the product is delivered and then return the item in accordance with our returns policy.
Once an order has entered our processing and fulfilment system, it cannot be immediately stopped or recalled prior to dispatch.
